We proudly offer 250 miles for free every 24-hours you rent. Anything after that is just .35 cents a mile. We do not offer an unlimited miles package.

If you have an existing reservation where your cardholder will not be available to present their information at pickup, please give us a call so we can go over your options at (469)-908-0505.

If you are interested in receiving delivery, please check if your reservation qualifies based on the following criteria:

1. Deliveries and/or Pick-Ups must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
2. Deliveries and/or Pick-Ups must occur on weekdays between 11 am and 3 pm.
3. Reservations requesting delivery or pick-up to a location within 1 to 100 miles from a MASTERS AUTO RENTAL location must be for 3 or more days.
4. Reservations requesting delivery or pick-up to a location within 101 to 600 miles from a MASTERS AUTO RENTAL location must be for 7 or more days.

Please note:

• Due to traffic and other factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
• Delivery fees include all costs such as driver pay, per diem, fuel, return airfare, tolls, taxis, hotels, vehicle depreciation, and other incidental expenses.
• Delivery is subject to staff and vehicle availability.
• Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 states; we do not deliver to Canada or Mexico.

MASTERS AUTO RENTAL offers the most diverse fleet of rental vans in the industry. We provide three configurations of the Ford Transit and seven configurations of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. All our vans are rear-wheel drive.

Ford Transit (15 passenger):

• Bandago offers three varieties of the Ford Transit - Low Roof, Mid Roof, and High Roof.
• Each model seats up to 15 passengers and is tow capable.
• Amenities include a backup camera, Bluetooth, and an AUX port for music.
• If you need more cargo space than passenger seating, we can remove seats in either Transit model to provide additional space. The removable seats include the two middle seats from the last row and the two driver-side seats from the third row.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinters 2500 model with 158" / 170" wheelbase, high roof, diesel engine:

• All our Sprinters come with various amenities.
• We offer seven configurations:

1. Sprinter Bench - 12 Passenger with Cargo Hold and Towing.
2. Sprinter 15 Passenger, White - Seating for 15 Passengers plus luggage.
3. Sprinter 15 Passenger, Black - Seating for 15 Passengers plus luggage.
4. Sprinter 12-Passenger Crew - Seating for 12 passengers and over 164 cubic feet of storage.
5. Sprinter Deluxe - 10 Passenger with Cargo Hold and Towing.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter:

• The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter provides dedicated storage space, eliminating the need for renting a trailer. It offers even more storage space, making it the top choice for touring bands.

Sprinter Vans:

• Based on our extensive experience, the majority of bands find that the cargo space in a Sprinter van is sufficient for their equipment and luggage needs, eliminating the need for a trailer. For those with larger setups, the E-series van with the last two rows of seats removed can often accommodate their gear. However, for bands with particularly large setups or specialized equipment, we offer tow hitches for all our vans (advance notice required). This allows you to rent a trailer from U-Haul or another reputable company, or bring your own trailer. Please note that we do not provide the ball mount and ball due to variations in trailer height and tongue size, but these are readily available for purchase from most trailer rental outlets at affordable prices.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinters:

• Sprinter vans are known for their fuel efficiency, thanks to the highly efficient Mercedes-Benz engine. Depending on factors such as model year, load weight, driving speed, and road conditions, they can achieve as high as 25 miles per gallon.

In addition to offering the best van rental services, we pride ourselves on being the most affordable option. We understand that most touring individuals are looking to save every penny they can. That's why we established this business! There are several strategies you can employ to save money while successfully completing a nationwide tour. Here are our recommendations:

1. Drive within the speed limit: Driving at a safe speed not only reduces the risk of accidents but also significantly affects fuel consumption. There's a 20% difference in fuel consumption between driving at 65 and 80 MPH. Over the course of a national tour, this can translate to hundreds of dollars in savings.

2. Optimize show planning: Have your booking agent schedule your shows as closely together distance-wise as possible. Whenever feasible, aim to perform multiple shows in the same area. Not only does this strategy help build your audience, but it also reduces stress and wear on both the vehicle and the band. Poorly planned tours can substantially increase fuel consumption and mileage costs. Smart tour planning can allow you to visit all the same cities while saving hundreds of dollars.

3. Van maintenance is key: We recommend all our clients to change the oil every 3000 miles (every 10k miles for the Sprinters). This maintenance is so crucial to us that we offer reimbursement for these oil changes at the end of the tour! Simply bring back your receipts, and we will credit your bill accordingly. Additionally, we highly recommend using our supplied tire pressure gauges to ensure your tires are properly inflated. A well-maintained van not only saves you money but also ensures a successful tour! If you're unsure about performing these maintenance tasks, our staff will be more than happy to provide assistance. Just ask!

Yes, we do offer one-way rentals between all our locations. However, there is usually an additional fee associated with one-way rentals to cover the cost of relocating vehicles. These fees may vary depending on our fleet availability, so please feel free to give us a call if you're considering a one-way rental. We'll be happy to discuss your options with you. Additionally, one-way rentals between offsite locations can be arranged for an extra delivery/pickup fee.
